We offer a unique early childhood experience to children ages 2 to 6 years old. We are open from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, full time. 

 

Little Birds Family Daycare values each child as an individual. We believe in engaging the whole child. We believe that play is essential in the lives of young children. We provide children with meaningful experiences for play and exploration while nourishing their potential as individuals.

 

Our environment is set up carefully so that children will receive the best possible stimulation, both physical and mental.  We read to the children in both Russian and English. This has been proven advantageous to their social and emotional development. 

 

This is noted in a study by Dr. Alan Mendelsohn, published in the journal Pediatrics.  We believe in supporting and developing a partnership with families to share the nurturing and education of their children. We encourage each family to participate in the preschool community and support and welcome their interest and involvement.  We highly value play and art!  We want the children to be stimulated.
